The fastest route to freedom is to journey with someone who has the experience to help you identify and then remove everything that's hindering you from living your life God’s way… freed and rested.

Emotional burnout is one of the top reasons many Christian leaders have lost hope and are leaving the ministry, their families, and those they have influence over. All of us have debris in our lives that obscure our view of Gods larger purpose for us. These men and women often carry too much of the responsibility of the organizations they lead. 

The majority of people live their lives worn out by expectations, undermined by our own negativity, gripped by unhealthy desire, slowly losing the joy of a real relationship with Jesus... but there’s hope. God’s will is to transform and remove everything that hinders us from fulfilling His great call on our life- to love Him with everything and to be a conduit of God's love to the people around us... this is being the church!

Among the many roles that wear down top leaders, counseling others is often the most emotionally draining. Our goal with "equipping" is to support these leaders by training and mobilizing capable Christians to play a more dynamic role in providing Godly coaching to hurting people within their churches and communities. 

It takes just a moment for God to change a life, but this change has the power to impact hundreds, sometimes thousands of others
