Experience It.
It all begins with a willingness to journey into the presence of God. We meet with leaders in 90-minute sessions that continue for 12-14 weeks. God uses this time to build into these leaders a new life-giving and lasting experience with Him. They walk away knowing Him much more profoundly and convinced of His active love and presence in their lives.
Learn It.
Our goal is that each of these leaders would take their new life of rest and renewal and equip others to become confident, and compassion-filled guides, helping other Christian leaders also experience real life and freedom.
Give It Away.
Emotional burnout is one of the top reasons many Christian leaders are turning to unhealthy and destructive life choices. These men and women often carry too much of the responsibility of their families and organizations they lead. Among the many roles that wear down leaders, counseling is often the most emotionally draining. Our goal with "Give It Away" is to support these leaders by training and mobilizing capable volunteers to play a more dynamic role in providing Godly coaching to hurting people within their church or non-profit organization.
